Current Projects:
#Big Maggie - John B Keane play in Ireland running from November 2011 - February 2012
Boyzone are Keith Duffy, Mikey Graham, Stephen Gately, Ronan Keating and Shane Lynch. Formed in 1993, managed by Louis Walsh; the five Irish lads went onto have 16 consecutive top five hits, including six number ones and 4 number one albums during their seven year career.
In 2000, the band went their separate ways to concentrate on solo projects but in 2007, Boyzone announced their intention to reform for a new tour the following year. So 8 years since their last concert in Dublin's point depot, the boyz took to the stage again. Recapturing the old magic; the lads decided to stick around longer than just the 'Back again... No matter what' tour; releasing 'Love you anyway' and 'Better' from their new greatest hits package, with 'Love you anyway' becoming their 17th consecutive top five hit. The 'Better 09' tour followed and the boyz are hopeful that 2010 will bring their first studio album in 12 years...
In October 2009, Boyzone's world changed forever with the loss of Stephen; the shock & devastation of losing their best friend and brother lead them to make some difficult decisions.. Believing that Stephen would want them to continue on and release the album that they'd all been working on in 2009, the Boyz finished the record as a dedication to him. Brother was released on 8th March 2010 reaching No.1 in the week of what would have been Stephen's 34th Birthday; the single, Gave it all Away - containing some of Stephen's last vocals - was out the week before on 1st March 2010
